Dr. Joanna Galasso

Webster Certified Chiropractor | Perinatal & Paediatric Care | Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator

Originally from Alberta, Dr. Joanna Galasso has spent more than a decade supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Her path to chiropractic care has always been grounded in understanding the whole person. She began her academic journey at the University of Calgary, earning her Bachelor of Science and later her Bachelor of Social Work. She also conducted research in toxicology at the University of Saskatchewan, studying how biological, chemical, and physical hazards can affect human health. Her interest in whole-person healthcare eventually led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2011.

Dr. Joanna has developed a particular passion for pregnancy, postpartum, and infant care, with advanced education in paediatric chiropractic, infant movement, feeding, and oral function. She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and has completed extensive continuing education focused on the assessment and care of infants and children. Her training includes advanced infant and child spinal analysis and adjusting, paediatric intraoral and palate-specific techniques, breastfeeding and tethered oral tissues, tongue and lip ties, infant suck function, craniosacral therapy, primitive reflexes, sensory development, and developmental milestones.

Rather than viewing these areas as separate pieces, Dr. Joanna takes a whole-body approach to infant function and feeding. Her additional education in breastfeeding, tethered oral tissues, suck training, intraoral techniques, craniosacral therapy, and infant development allows her to consider how the mouth, jaw, neck, spine, ribs, and broader musculoskeletal system work together. She does not perform tongue-tie revisions, but works collaboratively with families and other members of their care team when feeding or oral function concerns arise.

Her paediatric training also extends beyond infancy. Dr. Joanna has continued education in child development, sensory and motor development, primitive reflexes, movement, and paediatric assessment, allowing her to support children as they grow from those first developmental milestones through the school years and adolescence.

Pregnancy and postpartum care are another significant part of Dr. Joanna's practice. She is Webster Certified and has extensive experience supporting pregnant patients with the physical changes that accompany pregnancy, including pelvic girdle pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). She is ROST certified, with specialized training in this approach to pelvic girdle pain. Her goal is to help people remain comfortable, mobile, and connected to their bodies throughout pregnancy while preparing for the physical demands of birth and postpartum recovery.

Dr. Joanna's approach to care has also been shaped by her work outside of chiropractic. She is a DONA-trained birth doula, childbirth educator and studied midwifery at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has supported thousands of families through pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum, giving her a unique perspective on the physical, emotional, and practical realities of the perinatal period.

She is also a Registered Social Worker (RSW), bringing additional training in social justice, trauma-informed practice, human behaviour, and the ways that healthcare experiences are shaped by social and systemic factors. This informs her commitment to creating care that is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to each person's lived experience.

Dr. Joanna is passionate about providing body-inclusive, weight-neutral, and consent-based chiropractic care. She believes you should never have to change your body, justify your size, or fit a particular idea of what health “should” look like in order to receive respectful healthcare. Her practice is designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, including supportive positioning, adjustable equipment, a large treatment table, and a range of low-force options such as Activator and drop-table techniques.

Her clinical care may also include Graston Technique, myofascial cupping, therapeutic taping, individualized rehabilitation exercises, and other movement-based strategies, depending on your needs and goals. Appointments are collaborative and individualized, with time to ask questions, discuss options, and decide together what feels appropriate for your care.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Joanna is a research collaborator with the Inuit Perinatal Health Hub at the University of Calgary, contributing to research focused on perinatal health and access for Inuit families. Her research experience has strengthened her commitment to listening to the people and communities healthcare is intended to serve and to approaching this work with cultural humility, respect for Indigenous sovereignty, and an awareness of the broader systems that shape health and healthcare access.

At the heart of Dr. Joanna's practice is a simple belief: you deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable in your healthcare. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, wondering about your baby's feeding or development, supporting a growing child, or looking for care for yourself, she works collaboratively with you and your healthcare team to understand what is going on and determine what support makes sense for you.

Her goal isn't to tell you what your body should be doing. It's to listen, help you understand your options, and provide care that supports your function, reduces pain and discomfort, and helps you participate in the life you want to live.

Dr. Caylee Kosolofski

Webster Certified Chiropractor | Pregnancy + Pediatric Care | Rehabilitation-Focused Chiropractic

Dr. Caylee Kosolofski is excited to bring her chiropractic practice home to Sherwood Park, the community where she was born and raised. After completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Alberta, she went on to attend the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. In 2018, she graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic alongside a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

Since graduating, Dr. Caylee has built an established family chiropractic practice with a passion for helping people feel better, move with confidence, and stay active in the things that matter most to them. Her care is individualized and evidence-informed, with a strong focus on understanding the person behind the symptoms rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Dr. Caylee has a particular interest in pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care. She is Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and has completed additional education in the assessment and care of infants and children. Since becoming a parent herself, she has gained an even deeper appreciation for the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and caring for a growing family. She understands that every pregnancy, postpartum experience, and family is different, and she aims to provide care that feels supportive, practical, and individualized.

Her clinical interests extend beyond pregnancy and pediatrics. Dr. Caylee also brings a rehabilitation-focused approach to care, working with teens and adults to address injuries, pain, mobility, strength, and movement. She combines chiropractic adjustments with a variety of techniques based on what each person needs, including Activator, drop table, gentle hands-on adjustments, Graston Technique, cupping, soft tissue therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation strategies.

Dr. Caylee believes good chiropractic care starts with listening. She takes the time to understand your concerns, goals, lifestyle, and comfort level before developing a treatment approach with you. Whether you're looking for support during pregnancy, recovering postpartum, navigating care for your child, working through an injury, or simply wanting to move and feel better, she will meet you where you are and work with you toward what matters to you.

Outside of the clinic, you'll usually find Dr. Caylee spending time with her family. She loves being outdoors and, depending on the season, you might find her skiing, golfing, running through the river valley, or at the dog park with her pup, Millie.

Chiropractic care has played an important role in helping Dr. Caylee stay active and do the things she loves, and she understands firsthand how meaningful it can be to have a healthcare provider who supports those goals. She looks forward to getting to know you and your family and being part of your health journey, whether that means helping you feel better, recover from an injury, navigate pregnancy and postpartum, support your growing child, or keep doing the everyday things that make life yours.

What You Can Expect From Us

We believe good care starts with feeling comfortable, heard, and respected. Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, bringing in your baby or child, or looking for care for yourself, we want you to feel like you have found a place where you can show up exactly as you are.

You will be listened to.

We take the time to understand your concerns, your goals, your history, and your experience in your body. We do not want to simply treat a symptom. We want to understand the person sitting in front of us.

You will have choices.

Your care should be a conversation, not a one-way interaction. We explain what we find, talk through your options, and make recommendations while respecting your right to decide what feels right for you and your family.

Your body will be respected.

Our care is body-inclusive and designed to accommodate different bodies, pregnancy stages, mobility needs, abilities, and comfort levels. We have the equipment, space, and flexibility to help you feel supported and comfortable while you are here.

Your family is welcome.

Bring your baby. Feed them. Change a diaper. Take a break. Bring your partner or your other kids. We know that real life does not always fit neatly into a healthcare appointment, and you do not need to leave your real life at the door.

Your care will be individualized.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to chiropractic care. We draw from a range of techniques and approaches and adapt your care based on your body, your needs, your preferences, and what feels appropriate for you.

We work as a team.

You do not have to navigate your care alone. When another provider could be helpful, we believe in collaboration and communication. We work alongside the broader healthcare and perinatal professionals involved in your care so that you can have support that extends beyond our treatment room.

You do not have to earn your care.

You do not need to change your body, be a certain weight, be in pain, or have everything figured out before you come see us. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
